Strength and Honour is a forthcoming rules-set created by Mark Backhouse.
These aim to recreate the large battles of the Ancient World in a fun, fast and historical way.
Ideally suited to smaller scale figures, big formations and truly epic confrontations that can be fought in a few hours!
The big formations could be recreated in various ways and many scale as you prefer, anyway the playtests were made with bases like the ones in this SHOP.
and the ideal size of the bases is 120x60 mm in a 2mm scale
Check and join the official Facebook Page of the game to have more information about it.
THE BASES RANGE
Here is the 2mm base range that I have created so far for the wargame Strength and Honor. The bases have been faithfully modelled to match with these original units made by Mark Backhouse for his Strength and Honour rules.
The photos you see are only 3d renderings that will help you understand what shape the base you are going to buy will have.
Remember that the final bases are made of resin, sculpted on top and textured to represent the ground ... so they're ready to paint saving you a lot of time before playing.
Each base on the list below has a code that will allow you, and me, not to confuse them and get the right products to your home.
The code is fundamental for the "Custom Army" option where, after putting the desired number of bases in the cart, you will need to send me a message with the order reference and the codes you wish to get.
I hope I was clear, if not, do not hesitate to contact me for any questions.

- Roman Legion Variations
As the Game Designer Mark Backhouse explained, sometimes Legions had been deployed in different ways. This version is Half Legion deployed in a single row.
At the start of the game you may use two of this bases (HL) instead of an (L) base to widen your frontage.
Sometimes the third lines of some legions were detached to cover another part of the battlefield leaving the legion with only two lines of combat. In this case it is possible to use the base (A2) to represent this.
