For Sure!!!! Yes I ship to UK, but read below:

In order to comply with Brexit new economic and custom rules you have to go to my ETSY MARKETPLACE created only for UK customers. Buy from there VAT will be charged at checkout as prescribed by HMRC.

At the moment i shi to UK with two methods:

- Standard Mail - Cheaper - Slow (20days) - and with no tracking

- DHL - more reliable for UK matters - Fast (3Days) - tracked

The standard choice is DHL on Etsy since i can arrannge only one option. it's more expensive! DO YOU WANT TO PAY LESS?

Change your cart and re do it leaving 3 bases out of it. then pay for the DHL delivery and i will give you the 3 bases (that is the gap between the two methods) for FREE

So same cost for you and faster delivery... and less headakes for me! :-P

3. DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

As a general rule I ship worldwide. if you are unable to checkout the reason is that I have not yet set the rate for your specific country. Contact me via the form on this site and I will find the best available rate and add it.

4. WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE GENERALLY?

I use various shipping methods all managed by Poste Italiane. Some are faster, others slower and cheaper. When you read "With Partial Tracking" I mean that the tracking is ensured up to the customs of departure so I can know that it has left Italy regularly. The package will then be left in the hands of the national post offices of the country of destination which, however, do not always guarantee tracking or I cannot know the code.

5. I THINK MY ORDER GOT LOST, WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?

If the parcel gets lost (to say it’s lost you need to wait at least three months) feel free to contact me and we'll figure something out.

6. WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept only Paypal

7. WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I accept the return of the models within 15 days of delivery as long as they are in like new condition and that they arrive properly packaged and intact. The resin as well as being an excellent material for this kind of models is also very fragile so it must be packaged and transported with great care. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

In any case, if you have any problems, please contact me through the dedicated form on this website and we will surely solve it together.

8. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE THE ORDER AND SHIP IT

For medium to large orders the processing time is 7-10 days. I remind you that the pieces are created one by one by hand pouring the resin into the molds and letting it dry for a couple of hours.

note also that in this days Italy is again in lockdown so I will be as fast as possible, but have a little of patience. anyway I will keep updated everyone has placed an order.

for small orders 5 days should be enough.

if you would be lucky enough to have many orders at the same time, time could be lengthened, but in case you will be notified personally.

2. HOW DO YOU CREATE THE BASES?

The bases are inspired by those created by the designer of the game Mark Backhouse. They are created using various techniques that I have refined and improved over the years.

The bases are drawn with a 3D CAD on the PC to give the general shape and then printed with an FDM printer. Subsequently sand is added on the base to create the ground and a layer of green stuff is spread on top, shaped and engraved to recreate the very distinctive and unique pattern of these bases.

Once the master base is finished, the mold for mass production is then created.

The mold is made of silicone rubber and the two-component resin is then poured into the mold which will faithfully recreate the master base, thus arriving at the final product which will be a base, a single piece, ready to be used on the game table and ready to be painted.

3. WHAT’S THE SIZE OF THE BASES?

The main base dimensions are 120x60mm. Legion base is 120X80mm anyway the exact dimensions are shown in the product page.

4. WHAT’S THE SCALE OF THE BASES?

the matter is a bit complex.

Not being real miniatures, but representative bases, there is no real scale.
The infantry is about 2mm high and so is the cavalry.
Is this a mistake? I ask you: if you were in a bird's eye view on a battlefield would you be able to perceive the difference in height between knights and foot soldiers? You would barely notice the difference in height compared with elephants.
From a bird's eye view everything is flattened.

As soon as I saw Mark's bases I wanted to copy them and make them available to everyone precisely because they are not miniature bases but they are a much more artistic than realistic.

All this words to say that the cavalry and infantry bases have the same height. it is not a mistake, but a visual choice.

5. WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

The bases are made of bi-component resin produced by the Italian company PROCHIMA

6. ARE THEY TOYS?

NO, the bases are objects for adult modeling. they must be handled with care and can break if bumped or dropped.
